2. Reservations and Payments

Customers are expected to respect local customs, follow guide instructions, and act responsibly toward the environment and others. The agency reserves the right to terminate services for inappropriate behavior.

6. Agency Responsibilities

6.2. Limitations of Liability

Lehi Expeditions is not liable for:

  • Delays or cancellations caused by third-party providers.
  • Lost or stolen personal belongings.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, cancellations, and lost belongings. Lehi Expeditions is not responsible for incidents that could be covered by such insurance.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

All complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the trip’s completion. Our team will address them promptly and fairly.

8.2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cusco.
